Dragon Hot Pot Box Hill is looking for friendly, reliable and energetic Front of House Team Members to join our team.

We are looking for people who enjoy working in a busy restaurant environment, helping customers and working closely with their teammates.

Your responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Seating customers
• Taking orders and assisting with the ordering process
• Delivering food and drinks
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
• Supporting other FOH team members during busy periods
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Following restaurant procedures and management instructions

• Available on evenings and weekends

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but it is not essential for applicants with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.

Availability

Good availability is important.

Applicants with availability for the following will be preferred:

• Evening shifts
• Weekends
• Busy dinner periods
• Closing shifts
