Join Our Team at a Vibrant Vietnamese Restaurant!

We're a passionate Vietnamese restaurant group with our flagship store in Marrickville and a brand-new location at Quay Quarter in the Sydney CBD. We're on a mission to bring honest, high-quality Vietnamese food to more people, and we need enthusiastic kitchen hands and catering assistants to help us do it.

About the Role:

You'll be a key part of our busy kitchen team — keeping things running smoothly during service, supporting our cooks, and helping maintain a clean, organised workspace. Whether you're prepping ingredients, plating dishes, or assisting with catering events, your contribution will matter.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
  • Experience with Vietnamese cuisine is a bonus, but not required
  • A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
  • A team player who's reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
