Full job description

Now Hiring: Front of House Team – Mister Minh, Richmond

Mister Minh is a busy Vietnamese restaurant on Bridge Road, Richmond, serving up to 120 guests. We’re growing our team and looking for friendly, reliable people who love great food, good drinks and looking after guests.

Roles available (casual / part-time / full-time):

Section Waiters

  • Run your own section with confidence and warmth
  • Take orders, make menu and drinks recommendations, and keep service flowing
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred

Bartenders

  • Prepare cocktails, wine and beer service quickly and to spec
  • Keep the bar stocked, clean and running smoothly through busy services
  • RSA required; cocktail experience a big plus

Hosts

  • Be the first face our guests see. Greet, seat and manage the floor plan
  • Handle bookings, walk-ins and the phone with a calm, organised approach
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude essential

Pack Off (UberEats & Delivery)

  • Check, pack and hand over takeaway and delivery orders accurately
  • Manage the delivery tablets and keep orders moving on time
  • Great for someone organised, quick and detail-focused

What we’re looking for:

  • Availability across nights and weekends
  • Hospitality experience (essential for waiters and bartenders, a bonus for hosts and pack off)
  • Current RSA (required for all FOH roles serving alcohol) [adjust if needed]
  • A team player who takes pride in good service
