We are seeking a versatile HR administrator/Advisor to drive our recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Supporting a diverse team of staff and tradespeople, you will be responsible for contract management, visa compliance, and providing expert advice to management.
Requirements:
2years’ experience in a dedicated HR Advisor role.Strong background in blue-collar recruitment and EBA interpretation.Advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail.A helpful, initiative-driven approach to HR service delivery.Working from Home/remotely option/independent consultant Qualifications and Skills:
