Lyppard Australia is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team and take ownership of a diverse and rewarding territory extending from Bayside, through the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers, to Macksville.

As one of Australia's leading veterinary wholesale distributors, Lyppard provides veterinary clinics and pet-related businesses with an extensive range of products, backed by reliable service and strong industry relationships.

About the Role:
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales, profitability and customer relationships across your defined territory.

This is a highly autonomous role where you will have the opportunity to build your own territory strategy, develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers.

You will:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and key decision makers.
Grow sales and gross margins across your territory.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective territory and call plans.
Regularly visit customers and provide face-to-face support.
Identify customer needs and provide solutions that add genuine value.
Introduce customers to new products, promotions and business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are communicated and addressed.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Manage your time, travel and territory efficiently.
Provide regular sales and territory reporting to management.
Represent Lyppard professionally at customer meetings, industry events and corporate functions.
Contribute to a positive safety culture and comply with all company WH&S policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is driven, organised, commercially minded and genuinely enjoys working with customers.

Ideally, you will have:
3+ years' experience in sales, ideally within veterinary, pharmaceutical, medical, animal health or a related industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales and growth targets.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
A high level of self-motivation and accountability.
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities.
A professional approach with a high level of integrity.
Sound computer and CRM skills.
A current unrestricted driver's licence.

Veterinary industry knowledge or experience will be highly regarded.

The role will involve regular regional travel, with the successful candidate responsible for planning an efficient customer call cycle and ensuring key accounts receive appropriate coverage.
