Job Title: Hotel Porter (Casual / On-Call)

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Hotel Porters to join our team on a casual, on-call basis across multiple hospitality venues. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guest interaction, have a positive attitude, and are flexible with working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting guests with luggage and directions
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Supporting front office operations when required
  • Maintaining cleanliness of lobby and public areas
  • Handling guest requests efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

  • Previous porter or customer service experience preferred (hotel experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented with a professional attitude
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting luggage
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Valid Australian work rights
