Cup & Co Floreat is looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our busy full table-service café.

We are looking for someone with strong hospitality management experience who can confidently run the floor, lead a team and maintain a high standard of service throughout busy periods.

THE ROLE

• Managing the day-to-day café operation
• Leading and supervising the front-of-house team
• Managing a busy table-service floor
• Staff rostering, training and development
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Stock control and ordering
• Ensuring smooth and efficient service

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Café Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar management experience
• Strong table-service experience is essential
• Confident managing staff and busy services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organised and hands-on
• Weekend day availability is required

SALARY
Starting from $73,000 per year, with a higher salary available depending on your experience and level of responsibility.

SPONSORSHIP
Sponsorship may be available for the right candidate after successfully completing 6 months with us.
