Full job description

The Trade Coast Hotel is looking for a Full time permanent chef at Sous Chef level.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

  • Trade qualifications (Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience across a range of cooking techniques and style
  • Minimum 1–3 years' relevant experience
  • Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
  • Excellent organisational skills and grooming standards
  • Sound understanding of food safety standards and OH&S
  • A CV with professional referees, including current email addresses and phone numbers
  • Flexible availability across a 7-day/night roster
