Teleperformance Australia is a Global leader in outsourced customer service and call center operations.
A Chat Support Representative at Teleperformance helps customers through online chat instead of phone calls. This is a non-voice customer service job that is popular among beginners and people who prefer typing instead of speaking on calls.
Main duties usually include:
Answering customer questions through live chat
Helping customers with accounts, orders, payments, or technical concerns
Solving problems and giving step-by-step assistance
Handling multiple chats at the same time
Providing fast and professional customer service
Recording customer concerns and updating company systems
Following company guidelines and performance targets
