We are looking for compassionate, reliable and committed Disability Support Workers who genuinely enjoy helping people achieve greater independence, confidence and participation in their community.

Who are we looking for?

We would especially love to hear from people who have experience with:

  • Autism across different levels of support needs
  • Challenging behaviours and positive behaviour support
  • Mental health and psychosocial support
  • Epilepsy and seizure management
  • PEG feeding
  • Catheter care
  • Personal care and complex support needs

We highly value people with backgrounds in health, mental health and allied health,nurse, psychologist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist including those who completed their studies overseas.

Languages are a bonus : Our clients come from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. We particularly encourage applications from people who speak Spanish, Indonesian or Filipino languages, although speaking another language is not a requirement.

What you'll need

Ideally, you will have :

Certificate III in Individual Support or higher, or relevant disability/support experience, First Aid and CPR.

Relevant NDIS screening check, Working With Children screening Check

Aged Care Screening Check

Police Check

Reliable Car and Drivers License
