Casa Nova Italian Restaurant and Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional casual bartender to join our team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can deliver great service with a positive attitude. This role is ideal for someone with bar experience who is confident, well-presented, and passionate about hospitality.

Casa Nova Italian is a warm, growth-focused Italian restaurant group where you can create, belong and become as you develop your leadership career across multiple NSW venues.

We're known for great service, quality food and wine, and genuine hospitality.Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment by identifying problem clients and having them removed

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Take and process drink orders accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
  • Follow all RSA, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with floor staff and kitchen team.
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff preferred.
  • Valid RSA certificate.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Restaurant experience.
  • Barista Experience.
  • Cocktail making Experience.
