Now hiring across The Gatsby, TAMA Supper Club & The Tax Office
Three venues. One iconic Fortitude Valley precinct.


The GPO Precinct brings together three unique hospitality experiences under one roof — The Gatsby, a cocktail lounge with late-night energy; TAMA Supper Club, where elevated dining meets cocktails, music and after-dark atmosphere; and The Tax Office, a high-energy nightlife destination in the heart of Brisbane.


We’re growing our team and looking for confident, energetic hospitality people who know how to create a great guest experience.


The Roles

We’re currently hiring:

  • Bartenders

  • Section Waitstaff / Hosts

  • Bottle Service Attendants

  • VIP Hosts / Promo

  • Glassies / Barbacks

  • Food Runners


The Person

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are confident, outgoing and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Bring a positive attitude and strong team mentality

  • Are reliable, professional and take pride in their work

  • Have great communication and people skills

  • Are passionate about hospitality, nightlife and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Are available Friday and Saturday nights, with some mid-week availability

  • Hold a current QLD RSA, or are willing to obtain one before commencing


Previous hospitality experience is preferred for some roles, but attitude, personality and willingness to learn are just as important.
