Full job description

We're looking for motivated and reliable Process Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.


This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team where full training is provided. If you're hardworking, dependable, physically capable, and ready to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Process Worker, you'll play an important role in producing our delicious products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning work areas and production equipment

  • Boxing, packing, and labelling products

  • Decorating products, including drizzling, dipping, tipping, and sprinkling

  • Creaming and product preparation

  • Following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures

  • Cleaning and sanitising equipment throughout the shift

  • Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

  • Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

  • Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided

Availability

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm shifts

  • Full weekday availability required

  • Flexibility to work weekends when required

  • Availability across a 7-day roster is highly regarded
