Job Description:
AI Talent is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performing websites and web applications that provide outstanding user experiences. Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, you’ll turn project objectives into intuitive, effective digital solutions. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a hands-on problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives
  • Design and develop responsive websites and web applications using modern web technologies
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to ensure functionality and optimise performance
  • Implement security measures and best practices to protect websites and user data
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance web development processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Must have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your web development projects
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and web development tools
