Digital Content & Insights Manager
Permanent | Full-Time | Sydney | 50% office attendance required

You ’ re a data - driven, digital content and optimisation expert with a passion for delivering personalised and engaging website experiences.

Sitting within the Digital Business domain, our team is a hybrid team of content managers, digital producers and journey optimisation specialists. We’re responsible for delivering market-leading digital experiences for our business customers across commbank.com.au , the CommBank app, NetBank and other key digital assets.

You’ll produce and optimise content to ensure it’s an exceptional, user - centred experience and drives business outcomes.

T o be successful in this role, you’ll bring strong data and website content experience , thrive in a hybrid, collaborative team and bring a proactive and hands - on approach to your work.

On any given day, you will:

  • Interpret data , user research and SEO insights to make recommendations to enhance content structure, user journeys, and overall user experience.

  • Write and edit concise, customer-friendly content in line with our digital style guide.

  • Design and publish content following digital best practice and accessibility guidelines in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .

  • Define, monitor and measure key metrics and KPIs for continuous optimisation of our customer experiences.

  • Support the delivery of targeted content activities and digital A/B testing in Adobe Target .

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to lead the optimisation of the business banking website and content experienc e .

We’re interested in hearing from people w ith:

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend best practice solutions for digital experiences .

  • In-depth SEO, analytics, digital marketing and content writing/editorial experience .

  • Detailed working knowledge of AEM as well as the broader suite of Adobe products (Adobe Target , Adobe Analytics experience preferable) .

  • Experience with conversion optimisation platforms (such as Pega , Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager) highly desired .

  • Strong stakeholder management , oral and written communication skills .

  • Experience working in an agile environment.

  • A p ositive and collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence others .

  • A clear customer focus and passion for improving the financial wellbeing of our customers .
