Job Description:
We're on the lookout for both Junior and Senior Graphic Designers to join our talented team at The Growth Agency. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career, if you're passionate about design and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualise and create visually stunning designs.
• Produce high-quality graphics for both print and digital platforms, including branding materials, marketing collateral, and social media content.
• Develop comprehensive branding packages, including style guides and logos.
• Design a variety of print materials, such as flyers, brochures, and catalogues.
• Create engaging presentations and slideshows for client pitches and internal use.
• Produce eye-catching web banners, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns.
• Enhance images and perform basic video editing tasks as needed.
• For Senior Designers: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

• For Junior Designers: A degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred, but not required. Some experience in graphic design is a plus.
• For Senior Designers: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
