Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Stylist to join our team. As a Floral Stylist, you will be responsible for executing stunning floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Your expertise in floral design and eye for detail will ensure that every event we create is truly spectacular.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create floral arrangements that align with the vision and event theme.

  • Collaborate with our head designer to ensure that what is being created, aligns with the event brief.

  • Install and arrange florals on-site for events, ensuring all designs are executed flawlessly.

  • Maintain floral inventory, including sorting and managing stock.

  • Stay up-to-date with floral design trends and techniques.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience as a Floral Stylist or Floral Designer, training will be provided.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse floral designs.

  • Excellent understanding of floral design principles and techniques.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy floral arrangements and materials.
