Little Sutton Bakehouse is opening a second store in Deakin, ACT and we are looking for passionate people to join our team.

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Someone who works well in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills with customers and within the team.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of hospitality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Bakehouse.
  • Someone who enjoys hospitality and the skills you can learn from it.
  • Works well under pressure in a busy and fast paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a cafe or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • A passion for food, coffee and providing excellent customer service.
