Front of House Team – Yarralumla Play Station (YPS)

We’re building something special at YPS, and we’re looking for genuinely great people to be part of it.

This is not your standard café role. YPS is a unique, high-energy venue with a mix of families, tourists, school groups, and regular locals. No two days are the same.

The Role
We are looking for Front of House team members who can confidently deliver great customer experiences while keeping things running smoothly.

You will be:

  • Serving customers with a friendly, professional approach
  • Making coffee and drinks (barista experience highly regarded, but we can train the right person)
  • Supporting day-to-day café operations
  • Keeping the space clean, organised, and welcoming
  • Working as part of a team that genuinely supports each other

About You

  • You are happy, smiley, and genuinely enjoy having a chat with customers
  • You love creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door
  • You have a strong work ethic and a great attitude
  • You can stay calm and efficient when it gets busy
  • You are reliable and show up ready to work

Experience

  • Juniors are encouraged to apply
