JOEYS | SYDENHAM Good coffee. Great food. Even better people! We're on the hunt for an experienced café all-rounder to join the crew at JOEYS! We're a fresh, fast-paced café serving up quality coffee, seriously good sandos and good vibes. We're building a team that takes pride in what they do, enjoys a bit of banter and knows how to make customers feel welcome.

THE ROLE - Friendly, confident customer service with a smile - Taking orders and handling POS transactions - Preparing and serving food, drinks and takeaway orders - Keeping the café clean, organised and running smoothly - Supporting the team during busy service periods - Jumping in wherever needed. At JOEY'S, we're all hands on deck!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Previous experience in a busy café or hospitality environment - Confident, reliable and able to work independently - Fast on your feet, organised and calm under pressure - A positive attitude and genuine team-player mentality - Great communication and customer service skills

AVAILABILITY - Shifts available throughout the week - Must be available for 7:00am starts - Weekend availability is essential - Flexible roster for the right person WHY JOEYS?
