We're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our care community, the weekend receptionist provides front‑desk support, customer service, and administrative assistance to ensure residents, families, and team are supported during weekend operations. The role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining smooth communication and efficient administrative processes.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Be the warm, welcoming, and helpful first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors.

✔️ Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and enquiries with care and professionalism.

✔️ Offer a personalised touch, knowing residents by name and providing hospitality like a cup of tea.

✔️ Support essential administrative tasks including managing mail, maintaining records, and assisting with rostering.

What You'll Need:

✔️ Experience in a reception, front-of-house, or customer service role

✔️ A warm, friendly, and professional manner with excellent communication skills

✔️ Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

✔️ Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office

✔️ A genuine passion for helping people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
