Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across 2 stores in Erina
• Drive sales, labour, food cost, and store KPIs
• Ensure exceptional customer service and brand standards
• Manage rosters, inventory, and day-to-day operations
• Maintain food safety and compliance standards

About You:

• Previous Store or Assistant Manager experience in fast food, QSR, or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Results-focused with a hands-on approach
• Flexible availability, including weekends
