Are you an experienced support worker who thrives in complex, high-support environments? Support Network is looking for a mature male Support Worker to join a specialised program in Merriwa, WA, supporting a male NDIS participant in Supported Independent Living (SIL) housing as part of a program focused on breaking the cycle of offending and drug use.

We're looking for a mature male support worker who is open-minded, confident, and comfortable working with participants who may have complex backgrounds — including people who have come out of the prison system, repeat offenders, and individuals who may be on an offender register.

This is a specialised support environment where the right worker can make a real difference — we're after someone experienced, reliable and mature ready to bring patience, stability and genuine care to this role.

What We're Looking For

  • A mature, male support worker
  • Open-minded, confident, and unfazed by complex or challenging backgrounds
  • Experience supporting participants with offending histories, drug and alcohol issues (highly regarded)
  • A calm, steady, non-judgemental approach

Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Current Police Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • ABN
