The Collective Initiative (TCI) is a fast-growing organisation working in partnership with Dream Maker Community Services (DMCS), a well-known and nationally recognised NDIS service provider. DMCS is dedicated to empowering people with disabilities through tailored, person-centred care. Together, we are driven by a shared commitment to delivering impactful support that promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful community participation.

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to assist clients with their daily activities, helping them live more independently, and confidently. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in their community.

No prior experience is required — we value attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and daily living support
  • Assisting with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Supporting clients to maintain independence and dignity
  • Transporting clients to appointments or community activities when required

Essential Requirements

  • A genuine passion for helping and supporting people
