About Us

Go Vita is one of Australia’s largest health food retail groups, with over 100 stores nationwide. Go Vita Burwood is a family-owned store operating since 2015, specialising in natural health products including vitamins, herbal supplements, protein, and wholefoods.

We are also growing our online sales channels and are looking for a motivated team member to support both in-store retail operations and eCommerce growth.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role combining retail sales with online operations. You will assist customers in-store while also supporting online order fulfilment, product listings, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection
  • Offer guidance on natural health products (vitamins, herbs, protein, etc.)
  • Process in-store sales and handle POS operations, including till reconciliation
  • Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time
  • Maintain product listings, pricing and product information
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and inventory control
  • Handle customer enquiries, returns and delivery issues
  • Receive deliveries, restock shelves and check product expiry
  • Support general store operations and maintain store presentation

About You

  • Passion for health, wellness and natural products
  • Experience in retail or eCommerce
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets and systems)
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of vitamins, supplements and nutrition
  • Experience with online order processing or inventory systems

Requirements

  • Able to lift and handle cartons (15–20 kg)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
