Full job description

In a nutshell, we’re all about making the world of wine a better place. We fund and source directly from independent winemakers to bring customers better quality wine for a better price. No thirsty middlemen as far as the eye can see.

It’s a different way of doing things, sure. But it works. We’re one of the world’s favourite wine clubs, shipping millions of cases a year to curious wine lovers. And with an ambitious road ahead, we’ve got no plans on plugging the cork on growth.

Our global team (with offices in the UK and US, too) is entrepreneurial by nature, obsessive about customer experience and driven by performance. All things that make Naked a great place to grow both personally and professionally. And yes, we like wine. A lot.

You are responsible for:

  • Adding value to our customers’ experiences with us by having personalised conversations to understand their wine-buying preferences and placing bespoke orders tailored to match these
  • Helping to build customer trust in Naked Wines by delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times, strengthening relationships with our customers and increasing advocacy
  • Managing your time effectively to make outbound telephone calls, achieving work rate and sales targets
  • Acting as the eyes and ears of the business, helping to spot and communicate trends and anticipating issues and improvements
  • Processing customer orders
  • Taking responsibility to improve your product knowledge and advising customers on purchases
  • Delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times
  • Supporting the Customer Happiness Team with inbound customer contacts by exception as and when required

Requirements

You are:

  • Confident, calm and resilient, with the determination and ambition to hit your targets, day in, day out
  • An outstanding problem solver and listener
  • Hard-working and capable of hitting clearly-defined qualitative and qualitative performance targets
  • Highly adaptable to frequently changing circumstances and shifting goals

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary dependent on experience, plus a commission package in addition to base wage
  • Annual discretionary bonus up to 10%
  • Monthly Wine Allowance
