About Our Club

Situated in the heart of the Sydney CBD with unparalleled views of the Botanic Garden and North Shore, this elegant Private Club offers its Members a range of modern facilities, outstanding dining options and exceptional service.

The Role

We seek a self-motivated Food & Beverage Attendant to concentrate on wine service with a can-do attitude to join our team. You will be passionate about providing outstanding hospitality to our Members and guests.

Dinner service Tuesday to Saturday.

Responsibilities and Attributes include:

  • The setting of the bar/restaurant.
  • Discussing wine and wine suggestions in our fine dining A la Carte restaurant with extensive wine list
  • Having excellent communication skills to liaise with Members and attend to their requests.
  • Having a positive can-do attitude.
  • Working autonomously and as a team player.

The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Good wine knowledge
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Minimum 1 year working in a similar environment.
  • Experience using a P.O.S system.
  • Passion for excellence in customer service.
  • Current RSA Competency Card.
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation.
