Located in the beautiful heritage surrounds of The Rocks, our venue blends ancient traditions with a contemporary dining experience — from colourful mezze and premium grilled meats to the theatre of the wood-fire kitchen.
• Tailor Room: Tailor Room is where craftsmanship meets hospitality — a hidden 20-seat cocktail bar inspired by the rich textile history of the Argyle Stores. Every detail, from the luxurious interiors to our innovative “Textures” cocktail menu, has been carefully designed to tell a story and create unforgettable moments for our guests.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Premium Bar Operations: A minimum of 2 years experience in bar operations, with a strong focus on high-end service.
• Mixology Mastery: From timeless classics to bold modern creations, you have deep knowledge and genuine passion for the art of cocktail making.
• Certified & Ready – You hold a current NSW RSA Certificate and understand the importance of responsible service at every level.
