    About this Position
If you’ve seen our trucks on the roads, you’ll know we’re committed to delivering more than just food - we deliver on our promises.
At the heart of everything we do is our purpose: We bring people together through food.
Our drivers don’t just sit in a cab all day. They’re the face of our business, connecting directly with our customers and taking pride in going the extra mile. Every delivery plays a part in helping our customers succeed, whether that’s a café opening for the morning rush or a kitchen preparing for service.
That’s what makes this role so rewarding. When you see the products delivered safely and on time, you know you’ve played a crucial role in helping people connect over food.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Operate a truck safely to complete multi-drop deliveries
    • Hand unload food products, including chilled and frozen items (in line with safety guidelines)
    • Collect and handle payments where required
    • Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service -our customers are at the centre of everything we do
    • Represent the business professionally at all customer sites.

    What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
    • A valid MR truck licence (or higher).
    • A forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
    • The physical capability to hand load and unload trucks safely.
    • A customer-first mindset with a positive, reliable attitude.
    • Strong awareness of safety, compliance, and road rules.
    What Success Looks Like
    • Deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
    • Customers receive friendly, professional service at every stop.
    • Products are handled with care and meet food safety standards.
    • You take pride in representing the business on the road and on site.
    • You’re reliable, punctual, and a trusted part of the Canberra delivery team.
