Call Force Australia is hiring a Casual Appointment Setter to join our Australian work-from-home team.

About the role

You’ll be making outbound B2B calls on behalf of our clients, speaking with business owners, managers and other decision-makers.

The work can include:

  • Appointment setting
  • Lead generation
  • Qualifying potential customers
  • Following up prospects
  • Recording call outcomes and notes

What we’re looking for

The most important thing is how you communicate on the phone.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and professional
  • Clear and natural when speaking
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Able to think on their feet
  • Friendly without sounding scripted
  • Reliable and able to work independently from home
  • Based in Australia

Previous experience is not essential.

We’ve found that experience alone does not determine whether someone will be good at this role. If you have the right phone manner, attitude and ability to communicate, we want to hear from you.

Full training is provided.

What you’ll need

You must have:

  • Your own computer
  • A suitable headset
  • Fast, reliable internet
  • A quiet place to work from home

Work is generally available during weekday business hours.

Pay: $34.96 per hour + 12% super

Expected hours: approximately 10–25 hours per week

Immediate start available for the right person.
