MYSTERY SHOPPER Casual | Ad Hoc / One-Off Opportunities

We’re looking for reliable, observant and personable Mystery Shoppers to visit our café locations and provide honest feedback on the overall guest experience.

This is a casual, ad hoc role — you may only be required for one mystery shop, with the potential for additional opportunities depending on location and availability.

THE ROLE

As a Mystery Shopper, you’ll visit one of our café locations as a regular guest, enjoy food and drinks, and assess the experience from start to finish.

You’ll be looking at things such as:

  • First impressions and presentation of the venue
  • Cleanliness of the café and dining areas
  • Friendliness and professionalism of the team
  • How you are greeted and welcomed
  • Speed and quality of service
  • Food and drink presentation and quality
  • Staff knowledge and attentiveness
  • Check-backs throughout the experience
  • Whether staff offer additional food, drinks or coffee
  • Overall atmosphere and guest experience
  • How you are farewelled
  • Any small details that stood out — both positive and negative

Following your visit, you’ll complete a short mystery shopper report with your feedback and observations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be:

  • Honest and objective in your feedback
  • Comfortable dining alone or with a guest
  • Able to assess service without making your role obvious
  • Confident completing a short written report
  • Professional and discreet

Hospitality experience is not essential — we’re looking for someone who can put themselves in the shoes of a guest and provide genuine, constructive feedback.

LOCATIONS

Mystery shops may be available across our café locations in:

  • Hillarys
  • Wanneroo
  • Midland
  • Mandurah

You’ll only be offered locations that suit your availability and travel preferences.
