The Opportunity

This is not just another analyst role—it’s a career-defining opportunity with real impact. As part of our FM Operations & Engineering team, you’ll lead one of our most critical initiatives: achieving ISO 55001 certification in partnership with Coles. This isn’t just about compliance—it’s about shaping the future of asset management across a national portfolio. You’ll work alongside the GM of Asset Management to develop robust frameworks, ensure governance excellence, and maintain data integrity that sets the benchmark for operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation and governance processes required for ISO 55001 certification.
• Develop and maintain the Strategic Asset Management Plan, Standards, and Lifecycle models.
• Ensure asset data integrity and compliance with ISO 55001 requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Coles stakeholders to align asset management practices with certification goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (desirable).
• Understanding of ISO 55000 or experience in asset management or facilities management (highly desirable).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word.
