About Plus NDIS Care

Plus NDIS Care is a growing disability support provider committed to professional, respectful and participant-centred NDIS services. We are seeking an organised and caring NDIS Admin & Intake Coordinator to support participant enquiries, onboarding, service administration and day-to-day operations.

About the Role

You will be one of the first points of contact for participants, families and referral partners. Working closely with the NDIS Operations & Compliance Manager and Director, you will help ensure that enquiries, participant documentation, service bookings, records and administrative processes are managed accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond professionally to participant, family and referral enquiries.

· Coordinate new participant intake and onboarding.

· Collect, check and maintain participant information and documentation.

· Assist with Service Agreements, consent forms and participant records.

· Liaise with participants, families, Support Coordinators and Plan Managers.

· Assist with Support Worker scheduling, rostering and service changes.

· Monitor progress notes, service records and outstanding documentation.

· Assist with NDIS invoicing and claiming administration.

· Maintain worker documentation and compliance records.

· Assist with incident, complaint and feedback documentation.

· Maintain accurate information in client/NDIS management systems.

· Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Director.

· Assist with referral follow-up and participant communication.

About You

· Previous experience in NDIS administration, disability services, aged care or allied health will be highly regarded.

· Understanding of NDIS participants and service-delivery environments.

· Strong administration, record-management and organisational skills.

· Excellent telephone, email and interpersonal communication skills.

· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Competence with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn NDIS/client-management systems.

· Knowledge of Service Agreements, participant intake, rostering, invoicing or NDIS administration will be highly regarded.

· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain one, and appropriate Australian working rights.

· Korean/English bilingual capability is advantageous but not essential.
