Position: – Appointment Setters - Inbound Calls - No Outbound/No Cold Calling

Work Mode: Fully Remote - Work From Home

Pay out: $27 - $30 Per Hour + Super

Location: WORK FROM HOME/ANYWHERE IN AUSTRALIA.

About the Role:

  • You will receive calls from potential customers who are looking for IT Support - INBOUND ONLY NO COLD CALLING.
  • Understand about the TECHNICAL issue they are having troubles with and offer/schedule on site appointment with a technician, after quoting the prices.
  • Target Oriented Profile.

Essential Requirements for this role:

  • Prior Experience in Sales/Phone Sales/BDM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
  • Strong Sales and Upselling Skills
  • Target Oriented Person.
  • Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
  • You have to be based in AUSTRALIA and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered.
