Receptionist – Administration Role
About Us
Goat Marketing is a fast-growing marketing agency focused on helping businesses scale through effective and results-driven strategies. We work with businesses across multiple industries and are continuously expanding our operations with innovative digital solutions, campaigns, and client-focused services. We are currently looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our growing team.
The Role
As the Receptionist at Goat Marketing, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal team members. This role requires someone who is professional, friendly, well-presented, and capable of handling front-desk and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and guests professionally
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting coordination
- Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments when necessary
- Ensure the reception and office area remain organized and presentable
- Handle general inquiries in a professional manner
Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not essential
