Casual & Part-Time Opportunities | Up to 38 Hours Per Week | Excellent Pay from $35 per hour.

Fitchies is looking for people to join our team at our Neutral Bay restaurant.

We're looking for someone who can confidently work across both seafood preparation and customer service, and who is capable of opening and/or closing the store with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a premium seafood business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Set up the shop and fresh seafood display for trade.
  • Fillet fish and prepare seafood to a high standard.
  • Prepare products for retail sale.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process retail, takeaway and delivery orders.
  • Accept and check supplier deliveries.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
  • Open and/or close the store.
  • Work autonomously while supporting the wider team.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your shift.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings from 7:30am.
  • Must have unrestricted Australian working rights. Applicants on Working Holiday Visas will not be considered.
