Our rewarding role is well suited for applicants with experience/exposure to workers compensation claim management, Return to Work (RTW) or customer service backgrounds. You are a people person with strong communication & relationship skills with a passion for helping others.

As a Workers Compensation Specialist, your important role includes collaborating with our clients, insurance case managers, allied health professionals & other key stakeholders to help injured workers return to work following injury.

Your new role

  • Provide workers compensation claims advice & support
  • Liaison with key stakeholders including; employers, workers, case managers, doctors, rehab consultants, etc.
  • Injury prevention & management, claims reviews
  • Client relationship management & related tasks
  • Daily tasks include; calls, emails, arranging appointments, document & report preparation, updating client files, systems, etc.
