About your role
We're looking for a customer-focused Digital Technology Support Officer to help deliver and support the technology that underpins patient care across Metro South Health.
In this role, you will:
Install, maintain and support Digital Hospital devices and ICT infrastructure.
Deliver technical support for hardware, software and clinical technologies.
Assist with complex digital projects across Metro South Health facilities.
Configure and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
Support downtime viewer systems to ensure clinical continuity.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
Travel across Metro South Health sites as required.
About you
You are a technically skilled ICT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers and delivering reliable digital solutions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will bring:
Experience supporting desktop and end-user computing environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and Office 365.
Experience with ICT hardware, peripherals and mobility devices.
A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
The ability to explain technical concepts to a range of audiences.
