Junior Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher

Location: Blu Marlin Bistro
Job Type: Casual / Part-Time (with potential for additional hours)

About Us

Blu Marlin Bistro is a busy, welcoming restaurant committed to serving great food and providing excellent customer service. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Junior Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their hospitality career. No previous experience is necessary—we're happy to provide training for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
  • Keeping the kitchen and dishwashing areas clean and organised
  • Assisting with basic food preparation as required
  • Taking out rubbish and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen
  • Restocking kitchen supplies and assisting chefs when needed
  • Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times

About You

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required
  • No experience required, training will be provided
