Maintenance Fitter / All-Rounder – Manufacturing

Location: Grass Valley, WA

We are a growing WA-based manufacturer supplying the commercial construction industry. As production ramps up, we are seeking a practical, hands-on maintenance person to help keep our factory and machinery operating reliably.

This is a key role within the business.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in solving problems, reducing downtime, and keeping production moving.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to machinery breakdowns and faults
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance
  • Assisting with machinery setup and adjustments
  • Managing and organising critical spare parts and consumables
  • Supporting continuous improvement of factory equipment and reliability

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or machinery environments
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Reliable and calm under pressure

This role is NOT for someone who:

  • Wants purely supervisory work
  • Avoids hands-on maintenance tasks
  • Expects FIFO-style pay rates

This role IS for someone who:
