Full job description

Hi,

Filla Bakery has been a top rated wholesale bakery in Yatala since 2010. When you get close to our factory, you are immediately greeted by an overwhelmingly delicious smell of freshly baked Turkish and Lebanese breads that no one can resist!

Our operations are certified by NCSI to meet and exceed HACCP and WQA standards.

Our breads are well known for quality and authenticity.

Duties:

You may work with food products in different stages such as mixing, baking and packaging on a production line, with food passing along on conveyor belts;

  • weigh, measure, mix, and processes ingredients
  • operate machinery to mix flour or size
  • packing and labelling orders
  • cleaning and wash up of production and other areas
  • other occasional tasks related to your role

Requirements:

  • Previous Machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Be physically fit
  • Previous production/packing experience in the food industry or other fast paced environment would be a bonus to the applicant.
