Lee Ming Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and hands-on Fruit Farm Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. You are expected to assist in growing, harvesting and packing fruit. Your main duties include and not limited to:

• Monitoring and patrolling the farm to ensure it is well maintained, inspecting crops, and reporting on their condition;
• Operating and maintaining general farm machinery;
• Undertaking soil preparation, cultivation, and crop maintenance;
• Selecting and planting seeds, seedlings, and grafting new varieties;
• Applying pesticides and herbicides to control weed growth, insects, fungal growth, and diseases;
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the farm;
• Installing, operating and maintaining water and irrigation systems;
• Harvesting produce by selecting and picking fruit according to quality requirements and discarding rotten or overripe produce; and
• Grading, packing, and loading produce onto trucks.

Skills and experience required:

• Certificate I qualification or completion of secondary school
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in fruit farming or a related agricultural role
• Must be available for permanent full-time employment
• Must have full-work right in Australia

Salary: AUD 67,000 – AUD 75,000 plus superannuation

Pay: $67,500.00 – $75,000.00 per year
