We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our high-performing team in our contemporary office near the Adelaide CBD.

This is an ideal opportunity for a final-year marketing student or recent graduate who brings energy, curiosity and a practical, can-do attitude and is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn and build a strong foundation for their marketing career.

About the role

This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. Working closely with the Marketing team and the wider business, you will:

• Manage stock levels and ordering for marketing collateral
• Ensure our display homes are supplied with current and accurate marketing materials
• Prepare weekly promotional flyers for our Property Consultants
• Manage house and land listings on realestate.com.au, ensuring our available listing capacity is fully utilised
• Assist with allocating customer leads during peak periods
• Support the opening of new display homes, including coordinating internet connections, printers and other administrative requirements
• Assist with internal and external events
• Provide general marketing and administrative support across the business
• Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve the way we work

• Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite

Training and mentorship will be provided in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
