Our Working Style:
At Auntie Anne’s, we work as a team to serve guests and ensure every product is prepared fresh and to standard. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, shaping, baking, and flavouring our signature pretzels
• Serving coffee and specialty beverages (note: this is not a barista or all-rounder role)
• Welcoming and serving customers with warmth and efficiency
• Keeping the store clean and presentable
• Completing daily checklists and tasks
• Taking initiative and supporting the team where needed
• Preparing and portioning ingredients such as dipping sauces, cream cheese, sausages, and lemon juice

****This work position requires you to multitask in a fast paced environment*****

Trial After Interview:

Firstly, you will be invited to attend a 1–2 hour unpaid trial.

This allows us to see how you blend with the team and ensures that you feel comfortable with the role and work environment.

After the Trial:

If you’re selected to join the Auntie Anne’s team, we will discuss your roster and training schedule with you.
