We’re looking for final-year university students ready to bring their education to life and build their construction career on meaningful, city-shaping projects.


As a Construction Cadet, you’ll gain hands-on site experience, work alongside experienced project teams, and apply your studies in a live construction environment.


Your opportunity


  • You’ll support the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of Mirvac Construction projects while learning across:
  • Project coordination, site management and construction delivery
  • Programming, procurement, cost controls, quality and subcontractor coordination
  • Collaboration with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and partners
  • Safety, quality, sustainability and legacy-focused project outcomes

About you


You’re curious, motivated and ready to learn in a fast-paced project environment.

To be eligible, you’ll need to be:

  • In your final year of Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related degree
  • Available to work at least three to four days per week, with flexibility around study
  • An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • A strong communicator who is organised, proactive and collaborative
