About the role:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting day to day farm operations with the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting farm activities such as planting, weeding, crop maintenance and harvesting
  • Safe operation of irrigation systems including sprinkler and flood irrigation
  • Safe operation of farm plant and machinery
  • Assisting with maintenance of farming equipment and property
  • Supporting record-keeping and farm inventory management
  • Maintaining the presentation and appearance of property, workshops and infrastructure
  • Upholding and promoting high farm hygiene standards
  • Supporting other team members as required
  • Actively contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within your role and the wider business
  • Other duties as required

About you:

You enjoy working with people, take pride in doing things well, and want to be part of something with purpose. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Sound understanding of farming machinery practises
