About the business

We are a group of chiropractic clinics with multiple locations across Perth (Subiaco, Osborne Park, Inglewood, Applecross). We focus on helping musculoskeletal injuries with many athletes, (as well as the general population) coming through our doors.

About the role

Exceptional opportunity to join a growing team as a Receptionist at our Osborne Park and Subiaco locations.

The successful candidate will be available to work 2-4 shifts per week. Each shift is 4-5 hours. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8am-12pm, and 2pm-6:30pm, Saturdays from 8am-12:30pm.

Key role and responsibilities include:

  • Front desk administration support, liaising with patients in a professional and caring manner
  • Booking appointments for patients in person and over the phone using our Cliniko system
  • Taking payment from patients using HICAPS and EFTPOS

Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in healthcare management will be highly regarded
  • Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to use initiative and not rely on the practice owner to make daily decisions
  • Be extremely competent with online booking systems and other areas of IT
  • Strong organisational skills, especially appointment management
  • Excellent interpersonal, managerial and communication skills
  • Strong English language and grammar, with fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Shifts are 4-5 hours each. Monday to Friday from 8am-12pm, and 2pm-6:30pm. Saturdays from 8am-12:30pm.
  • Knowledge of the chiropractic industry is preferred, but not a prerequisite.
