  • Manage expectations with candidates and hiring managers, keeping communication clear and timely
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide prompt support

  • Coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers, including organising interview panels, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel where required
  • Monitor and update current job postings across relevant platforms
  • Stay across current recruitment trends, strategies, and best practice
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to offer

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures to deliver a consistent recruitment experience
  • A genuine passion for working with people — both colleagues and candidates
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is highly regarded
