The Role:

As a fixed-term recruiter based in Melbourne, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of hospitality roles supporting the Australian Open, including:

  • Chefs and kitchen staff
  • Retail team members
  • Premium experience bar and food staff
  • Front of House teams serving players, guests, and delivering the exciting hospitality experience unique to the Australian Open

You will:

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Coordinate and participate in targeted recruitment campaigns and events, including assessment centres and sourcing initiatives.
  • Build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment advice and market insights.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline to meet current and future workforce needs.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to share knowledge and achieve outstanding outcomes.

About You

  • We are very interested in applicants who have experience in workforce planning, rostering and labour management.
  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within hospitality, events, or site-based operations.
  • Experience with PageUp or similar talent acquisition software is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about recruitment and eager to grow your career within a values-driven organisation.
