Full job description

We currently have the opportunity for the enthusiastic candidate to join our dynamic team from July 2026. The right candidate will possess a positive 'can do' attitude, is highly organized have outstanding attention to detail.

DUTIES

  • Liaise with production coordinator as necessary.
  • Checks quality of product at machines.
  • To pack acceptable quality product as per the packing specifications.
  • Comply with relevant procedures applicable to position.
  • To complete all relevant paperwork as required.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping around machines.
  • Report all quality and safety issues to Quality control.
  • Follow quality system procedure and safety practices.

SKILLS

  • Prior experience within a factory environment
  • Good communication skills along with a high understanding of numeracy
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Attention to detail
  • you must have your own vehicle for work

Day shift: 7am-3pm, $33.05 per hour

Afternoon shift: 3pm-11am,$38 per hour

Night shift: 11pm-7am, $42.96 per hour

Currently we are hiring day shift. You may be transfer to other shifts, depends on requirement.

Job Types: Casual rates plus 12% superannuation. Free on-site parking.

Pay: $33.05 – $42.96 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Laverton North VIC 3026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • factory/warehouse: 1 year (Required)
