About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven Sales Associate join our growing team in St Leonards.

This is a Sales role where you will contact potential clients, qualify leads, build rapport quickly, and help convert prospects into new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, speaking with decision-makers, handling rejection professionally, and following up consistently to drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients
• Contact inbound and outbound leads by phone, email, and digital channels
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine sales opportunities
• Build rapport quickly with new contacts
• Ask strong questions to understand customer needs
• Clearly explain our services and guide prospects through the next steps
• Follow up with leads to keep them engaged
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
• Work closely with the business development team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cold-calling, telesales, outbound sales, recruitment, or lead-generation experience
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people by phone
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales-focused and motivated by targets and results
• Persuasive, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally
• Organised and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
• Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a full-time, office-based role
• Available to start immediately or soon
• On a Working Holiday Visa, or otherwise eligible to work in Australia

Experience

Cold-calling or outbound phone sales experience is highly preferred.

You may have experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, appointment setting, call centres, hospitality, retail, or business development. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by targets, and ready to work hard in a fast-paced sales environment.
