About the Role
This role will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the HSEQ Team, Technical Support Team, Territory Operations Team, Customer Service Team, and branch operations across the Drivetrain Australia network to ensure effective administrative support, compliance management, customer service delivery, and operational efficiency.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, office coordination or clerical support roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy, compliance and quality standards.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing or service-based environment.
- Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (HSEQ) management systems and processes.
- Experience managing compliance records, audit actions or document control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting operational improvements, cost reduction initiatives or project administration activities.
