Trades Assistants – Multiple Workshop Opportunities

Hydraulics | Machine Shop | Component Rebuild Centre
Day & Night Shifts | Varied Start/Finish Times | Forklift Work, Quality Control & Parts Support

We’re expanding across our Hydraulics, Machine Shop, and Component Rebuild workshops and are looking for motivated Trades Assistants to join our team. These hands‑on roles support a range of workshop functions and are ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and learning on the job.

About the Opportunities

Depending on the workshop you’re assigned to, duties may include:

Forklift operation – moving parts, components, and materials safely
Quality control assistance – helping with inspections and documentation
Parts running – delivering components to trades across the workshop
Maintaining clean and safe work areas

We have roles available across multiple teams, so day‑to‑day work may differ, but all positions are focused on supporting safe and efficient workshop operations.

What We’re Looking For

A valid forklift licence
Previous experience in a workshop, mechanical, machine shop, or similar environment
Reliable, safety‑conscious, and able to follow procedures
Strong communication skills and a team‑first attitude
Willingness to work across different teams and adapt to changing priorities

Roster & Hours

Combination of day and night shifts
Start and finish times will vary based on the workshop you’re assigned to
